Fremont Photo Co. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website fremontphotoco.com and a film lab and camera shop in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, place an order, send us film, or contact us — and how we use and protect it.

Information We Collect

Orders and checkout. When you buy something or start a film development order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing/shipping address. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.

Your film and photos. When you send us film to develop, we handle your images with care and discretion. Your scans are used only to complete your order and are delivered privately to you. Our staff access your images only as needed to develop, scan, and quality-check your order. We do not share, publish, or use your photos for marketing without your explicit permission, and we store them only as long as needed to deliver your order and support re-delivery requests.

Forms and messages. If you use our contact form, our "Let's Connect" event pitch form, or email or text us, we collect what you submit (such as your name, email, phone number, social media handles, and your message) so we can respond.

Camera registration and tracking. If you register a disposable camera or use our camera tracking service, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address to process, track, and return your order. If you opt in, we send order status updates by text message; reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.

Automatic information. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information when you visit — your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with our pages — using cookies and similar technologies.

We use cookies to improve your shopping experience, analyze site usage, and personalize ads with our advertising partners. Cookies fall into a few groups:
