5. Accuracy of Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

6. Film Processing Acknowledgment

Film development and scanning services are governed by Fremont Photo Co’s Film Processing Policy.

By submitting film for development, customers acknowledge that film photography involves chemical processes, mechanical cameras, and physical materials that may affect image results.

Image results cannot be guaranteed.

Customers agree that Fremont Photo Co is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by factors outside the lab’s control, including but not limited to:

• expired film

• improper film storage

• camera malfunction

• improper exposure

• light leaks

• previously exposed film

• film damaged prior to arrival

Submitting film for processing constitutes acceptance of Fremont Photo Co’s Film Processing Policy and liability limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fremont Photo Co will exercise reasonable care in handling film and providing services.

However, in the event of loss, damage, or destruction of film due to verified lab error, Fremont Photo Co’s maximum liability shall be limited to:

• the replacement cost of the film roll

or

• the cost of the processing service.

Fremont Photo Co shall not be liable for:

• loss of images

• emotional or sentimental value

• missed events or memories

• consequential or incidental damages.

8. Personal Property

Customers are responsible for their own personal property while visiting Fremont Photo Co premises or events.

Fremont Photo Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. Events and Media Release

By attending Fremont Photo Co events, workshops, or photo walks, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur.

You grant Fremont Photo Co permission to use images or recordings containing your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.

By purchasing products or services from Fremont Photo Co, you agree to first contact Fremont Photo Co directly to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank or credit card provider.

Customers agree that filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with Fremont Photo Co may be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Fremont Photo Co reserves the right to provide documentation to the payment processor including but not limited to:

• proof of purchase

• order records

• delivery confirmation

• customer communications

• acceptance of policies and terms

If a chargeback is filed and the customer is found to have violated these Terms or attempted to obtain services fraudulently, Fremont Photo Co reserves the right to:

• dispute the chargeback

• suspend or refuse future services

• refuse future orders

• recover any fees or costs associated with the dispute.

13. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use this website or services for unlawful purposes including but not limited to:

• infringing intellectual property rights
