This Shipping Policy explains how Fremont Photo Co processes and ships orders placed through our website and other sales channels.

Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.


Processing times may vary depending on:


• order volume

• product availability

• holidays or events

• lab workload


Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods


Orders are shipped using carriers available at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.


Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when available.

Delivery Estimates


Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Fremont Photo Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


• carrier delays

• weather conditions

• customs processing

• incorrect shipping addresses

• other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.


If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages


Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Fremont Photo Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.


Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if a package is lost or delayed.

Mail-In Film Shipping


Customers sending film to Fremont Photo Co for development or scanning do so at their own risk.


We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when mailing film.


Fremont Photo Co is not responsible for:


• film lost during shipping

• shipping delays

• damage occurring during transit.

Return Shipping for Film Orders


If customers request their film negatives to be returned after processing, return shipping fees may apply.


Once a package leaves our facility, Fremont Photo Co is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping


International shipping may be available depending on location.


Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
