Yes. Your order tells us what to do with your film and how to reach you. If you're standing at the box right now, order from your phone first, then write the number on the bag. Untagged film can't be matched to anyone.

The order number in your confirmation email. It starts with # and is four digits or so. Not the long receipt or transaction number.

Reply to your order confirmation email with your name, which box you used, when you dropped it, and what's inside. We'll match it up.

Turnaround is counted from the day we collect your film. Color C-41 is same day to 3 days, black and white is 5 to 7 business days. The 8th St box is collected daily. The Vesta box is collected every Tuesday morning (or sooner, we drink a lot of Vesta), so drop there by Monday night to make that week's run. Need it faster? Choose 24hr Rush when you order and use the 8th St box. You'll get an email with a download link the moment your scans are ready.

Yes. Bag the whole camera and choose Disposable in the form. If it's a Fremont camera kit, scan the QR code on the camera first to register it, then drop it in either box.

Yes. Choose Scan Only in the form and drop your negatives in a sleeve or envelope, tagged the same way.

Only our team opens the boxes. The 8th St box is collected daily and the Vesta box every Tuesday morning or sooner. Film is stable at room temperature for weeks, so a few days in the box is no problem.
